We service all makes and models of PC's and printers and we will take care of your Lans/Wans, Routers and Hubs. If your equipment is under warranty, we offer a value added service to give you on-site maintenance of your warranteed equipment.


We offer the following services to all customers, no matter how big or small.OnSite Local and Nationwide Break Fix, Full Service, Flat Rate, Time & Material contracts are available.


MOVES-ADDS-CHANGES (MACS).


Most companies won't even touch this. We will handle all of your (MACS). If you need your equipment moved down the block or across the country, or from one desk to another in the same building, All Island Computer provides the full service from de-install, to bubble wrap, to re-install. We will also handle all of your upgrades and any changes that you might need.

Terms:

Billable Calls: Travel Time on the billable call is always chargeable and is calculated on the round trip time from All Island Computer service location and the site where the service was performed at the applicable labor rate.These rates will be used for software support on-site where the needs exceed the occasional support covered under this contract.
